Beau holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He has served as President of the Realtors Commercial Alliance, as a Board Member for the Realtor Association of Acadiana, and on the Board of the705.

Currently, Beau serves as Member at Large for the Realtors Commercial Alliance and remains active in multiple organizations, including the Realtor Association of Acadiana, the Rotary Club of Lafayette, One Acadiana, the Broussard Chamber of Commerce, and the Youngsville Chamber of Commerce.

Burton Richard is a commercial real estate agent with Beacon Realty, bringing more than a decade of sales and client advisory experience to the firm. An Acadiana native, Burton leverages deep local relationships and a strong professional network to create opportunities for businesses, investors, and property owners across the region.

Burton earned his M.B.A. from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he developed a strong foundation in business strategy, finance, and market analysis. Prior to entering commercial real estate, he worked as a consultant in the medical device industry, a role that sharpened his ability to understand complex client needs, build trusted relationships, and deliver solutions in highly competitive markets.

Today, Burton applies that same client-focused approach to commercial real estate, assisting clients with acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions across a wide range of property types and deal sizes.

Outside of the office, Burton enjoys spending time with his two children, cycling throughout Acadiana, and working on small design and landscaping projects.
